Terms of Use of the Website

These general terms of use (hereinafter “Terms”) aim to define the conditions for access and use of the website https://www.aes-gse.com/ (hereinafter the “Site”).

Any connection to or use of the Site implies compliance with these Terms. The Terms may be amended at any time without notice. They become effective upon their initial publication on the Site. Any person, whether employee, client, or supplier, accessing and/or browsing the Site (hereinafter the “User”) is invited to regularly check for any modifications.

The Site is a media platform that publishes information about Alvest and its subsidiaries.

Alvest undertakes to publish accurate information on the Site. However, Alvest cannot be held liable for any omissions, inaccuracies, or delayed updates, whether due to its own fault or third-party contributions.

The information is provided “as is” and may not be comprehensive. It is subject to modification after being put online.

2. Access to the Site

Users may freely access the public content of the Site, subject to acceptance and compliance with these Terms.

Alvest strives to ensure the Site is accessible 24/7, except in cases of force majeure or events beyond its control, and subject to maintenance or technical issues necessary for proper operation.

The Publisher cannot be held liable for any inability to access the Site or use its services.

Alvest does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality, nor that any errors will be corrected. The Site and its server are not guaranteed to be virus-free.

In interactive areas, Alvest may delete content not compliant with French law, including content infringing privacy or confidentiality. Alvest may pursue any User publishing racist, pornographic, abusive, or defamatory content.

4. Intellectual Property / Copyright

Alvest owns or has rights to all content on the Site: text, images, videos, trademarks, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.

Any reproduction, use, or modification without prior written authorization from Alvest is strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized use constitutes infringement under articles L.335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Alvest is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.

6. Governing Law – Jurisdiction
