Alvest Equipment Finance France is the owner of part of the equipment rented by Alvest Equipment Services to its customers and has granted, in accordance with articles 2333 et seq. of the French Code civil, a pledge on its equipment in favour of Creédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank and its successors and assignees. Any return of an equipment by a client following the termination of the relevant lease agreement must be made to Alvest Equipment Services in its capacity as a «third party holder» of the pledge or, if necessary, if instructed by Alvest Equipment Services to any other entity that may substitute it in this capacity and in no case to Alvest Equipment Finance France. La société Alvest Equipment Finance France est propriétaire d’une partie des équipements loués par Alvest Equipment Services à ses clients et a consenti, conformément aux articles 2333 et suivants du Code civil un gage sur ses équipements au profit notamment de Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank et de ses successeurs et cessionnaires. Tout retour d’équipement par un client à l’expiration de tout contrat de location devra être impérativement effectué auprès de Alvest Equipment Services, en sa qualité de « tiers convenu » du gage ou, le cas échéant, sur instruction de Alvest Equipment Services, de toute autre entité qui viendrait à lui être substituée en cette qualité et en aucun cas à Alvest Equipment Finance France.
